The machine set consists of a single-screw plastic extruder, automatic vacuum feeder, dehumidifying and drying hopper, extruder head, three-roller press, heating and leveling device, row-roller cooling device, side trim unit, draw bar machine, shearing machine, row-roller conveyor, etc.

The machine set has a compact structure and outstanding performance. The screw and screw cap are optimized and designed and made of high performance alloy steel 38CrMoAiA so that the whole machine has such advantages as uniform plasticization, stable extrusion output, high product output, long service time, etc.
